I am an ordinary human with unrealistic dreams and some inherited talent on a mission to make the world a sweeter, less bitter place. Food is a lived experience; something I have learned through my years of growing up. With Videsi Halwai, I plan to share the same very experience with my clientele. My deep-seated desire is to craft recipes that speak of love, reflect our cultural leanings, and can be associated with memories. If I can carve a niche in a couple of hearts, if I can make a handful of people resonate with the food I create, I will be mighty enough to take on bigger battles. Let the magic unfold….
